How do I place an Order?

Please fill out the inquiry form and we will we get back to you within 24 hours with a reply to your catering request.

Where are the menu items?

New menus are created seasonally. We will work together with you to create your ideal menu. You will receive a sample menu in ample time before your event and we can work together to alter it if necessary. 

How much will my order cost?

For catered events, pricing varies based on the size and type of event you wish to have. Prices do not include the delivery fee and/or catering fee and NYS tax of 8.875%.

Can Matto be made vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free?

YES

How far in advance do I need to order?

The earlier the better - please contact us at least 4 days in advance for a catering order. For last minute catering try us, although please be mindful that we do book quite regularly and for last minute requests we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee the time is available.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept ACH, and all major credit cards. Credit card transactions do incur a 3.25% transaction fee, payments are due upon invoice receipt.

Can I cancel my order?

For catering orders, cancellations after 48 hours before the event starts will result in 50% cancellation fee.  For orders cancelled within 24 hours, we charge the full 100%.
